I just wanted to send you a quick email thanking you for all of your help a few weeks ago when I was organising a flight to Australia and changing my flight back to the UK. Your help was much appreciated and I felt you really went above and beyond the call of duty, saving me lots of time that day.
I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am.

Dear Maree,
Thank you very much for all you have done in organizing our recent trip to Europe and the UK. Everything went according to plan. The airline did not loose our bags, the shuttle was there to meet us on our arrival, the Hotels we stayed at in London had our bookings and the two Cosmos trips we took were expecting us. In fact all the arrangements that you made for us went like a charm so thank you very much for your expertise and professionalism.
We had the trip of a lifetime! Singapore Airlines staff looked after us very well indeed and were most obliging and courteous. The Novotel in London was very comfortable. Indeed all the hotels we stayed in on our Cosmos Cosmopolitan Europe and The Best of Britain & Ireland tours were beyond our expectations and on the whole the breakfasts and dinners were also of high quality. We were also most impressed with our tour guides. Erik Bleeker guided us around Europe. He was very well organized, had a great wealth of knowledge concerning the history and places of interest in Europe, had a good sense of humour and never lost us once! Julian Cleary on our Best of Britain & Ireland tour was also very knowledgeable and organized. He had a very Irish sense of humour and had us in fits of laughter with his tales of lost and mislaid items in hotels and the idiosyncrasies of border control and custom officials. He was also willing to go the extra mile, or as he would have said, the extra “yard and a half”, to give us a real taste of the countries we were travelling through. Our drivers on both tours were also very professional and very good drivers. The places they managed to get the coach into were testament to their driving ability and they were always there at the appointed time: no small feat in the traffic conditions that prevailed in most of the cities we visited!
Best of all, we have seen all the sights we were expecting and a lot more besides! Mountains, rivers, cities, cathedrals, palaces, historic places, art treasures and a taste of the cultures of the people we visited. We were wined and dined in style and had very pleasant and interesting travelling companions. As I said in the beginning we had the trip of a lifetime and can’t wait to do it all again!
Once again, thank you for all your assistance and advice in planning our trip and should we ever decide to travel again you will be our first port of call.

Hi Michelle,
Just thought I'd tell you how much we enjoyed the trip you organised for us. It was relaxing even though we had to wake up early each day to avail of the booked tours. We didn't get to go to the Skycable and the steepest railway due to lack of time but it was good just the same. The accommodation at Breakfree on George was simple and very accessible to everything. Thank you for your patience organising this trip for us and I'll certainly keep you in mind when we have to organise a trip somewhere in NZ.
Hope you had a good break during the holidays and have a happy 2012!

We sailed from Rome one hot sunny day
Cocktails, coronas, ate food all the way
For a week, round the balmy blue Med.
And then, theres the rugby the boys said.
So onto a train-(quick, hurry-can't be late)
To watch our boys play-it really was great,
Then to Florence, St David and a wee bit of shopping
On to Venice, by train, without stopping
Where we did what people told us we oughta
Rode on a gondola on streets that were water
A band played while we sat and had drinks in a square
Then by boat to the airport – we were pleased to get there.
Then off to a very hot place called Dubai
And up a tall building that reached to the sky
Then we rode on a camel on very soft sand
Belly danced with a lady (but not from that land.)
Now once more it’s the time when Christmas is here
So hope this wee poem will bring some good cheer
To a wonderful lady called Jo in a shop
Who arranged it all for us so it all went non stop.

It is an awesome place, this resort I would highly recommend for anyone, especially families. We've had a look around the area and feel we have got it all here, and what we haven't got doesn't cost too much to get to.
It's the ideal place for our swimming kids (the sea is awesome!) but also just across the road are as many resturants that you could possibly want.

So thanks again, we are just over half way and dreading the thought of coming home......

We had someone ring us lastnight to ask if that was our review on Raro and Aitutkai, had I known you were going to publish it in there I certainly would have elaborated more on what a wonderful help you were, and how great you were to deal with, because I spoke to most travel providers in Rotorua, and decided on you because of the service you gave, which was much better than any of the others that I dealt with.
